All requests for cancellations must be done via the user section 'Your Experiences', from the account which booked a spot at the Experience. A cancellation is irrevocable.
The refund amount, if any, is transferred instantly to the credit card used for the booking after clicking the 'Refund' button in the cancellation process on the website. It would take up to 10 business days for the amount to show up on the credit card statement. The appropriate refund amount will apply based on the Total Fees of the WeGaw excluding any card processing fees and/or service fees previously applied, as shown below.

In the event of an Experience having less spots booked than the announced minimum Hikers number, WeGaw Ltd. liab Co. reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event, automatically refunding all Hikers. In the event of a sudden cancellation of an event by WeGaw Ltd. liab Co. due to other reasons not mentioned in this document, we will endeavour to inform all Members a week before the event is due to take place, although please be aware that this may not always be possible.
WeGaw Ltd. liab Co. shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc.
Full Experience Full Refund (FWFR) Programme
The FWFR programme makes sure every cancellation up to the 3rd day before the Experience start date (exclusive) opts for a full refund.
The Hiker needs to first cancel his or her spot via the user section 'Your Experiences', thus releasing a spot for anyone else to book online. The Hiker gives up at that very moment the right of participating in the WeGaw, and the credit card used for the booking is instantly refund with the corresponding amount as per the table above.
After that, the hiker can publish on social media or any other channel the availability of a spot in the WeGaw, helping it getting full. Only in the event of the Experience getting full, this means, no more spots available for booking, the hiker would be refund up to 100% of the Total Fees of the WeGaw, excluding any card processing fees and/or service fees previously applied.
WeGaw Ltd. liab Co. shall not be liable to refund of fees or for any other penalty should the event be cancelled due to war, fire, strike lock-out, industrial action, tempest, accident, civil disturbance or any other cause whatsoever beyond their control.
